I had the pleasure of working with Thad at GST. Thad brings a wealth of knowledge in program management and technology with the ability to seamlessly collaborate across technical and business functionality. His aptitude to challenge the status quo and think outside the box is highly valuable. He engages through his high level of empathy and emotional intelligence where he is able to build long lasting relationships. When I started working with him, we were co-workers but as he leaves, I am saying goodbye to a friend.

Thad has mastered the art of leading through personal relationships -- not dictation. As a leader he coached me, kept me driven, promoted growth in my teammates and me, and continuously sought ways to improve the company and team's ability to deliver. He led with a calming authority. His leadership helped steer our team through a merger of two separate teams with different missions into a single entity quickly followed by executive turnover and layoffs in the company.
